    Passion fruit hydration mix

    IQ mix is my first choice for hydration and electrolyte replacement. I exercise and sauna frequently and live this product. All flavors are good but this is my new favorite!

    A New Favorite

    It’s an enjoyable flavor and a nice addition to their lineup. The IQ mixes don’t have that artificial taste that most mixes have. I mix it into a 30-ounce mug of ice water to get it diluted to my taste preference. I also add a few grains of some good salt for additional help with my cramping issues.

    excellent product.

    I bought the IQBAR Passion Fruit (40 Sticks) from Costco and it has been a great addition to my routine. I’m currently going through perimenopause, and I’ve noticed that my knees cramp more easily than before. When it happens, I mix one stick with a bottle of water, and the cramps reduce pretty quickly after drinking it. The passion fruit flavor is light and refreshing—not overly sweet—and it dissolves easily in water. I also love how convenient the individual sticks are to carry in my bag, especially when I’m out and about.

    With the changes that come during perimenopause, having something simple and effective on hand has made a real difference for me. I’ll definitely continue repurchasing and would recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle cramps or looking for a clean, easy electrolyte option. I did purchase other flavors as well and I like them all. Thank you IQBAR and please do not change it only to a better recipe.
