    1st drink of the day

    Since Summer has arrived, I have been starting my day with a IQ Mix and 20 oz of water in my blender bottle. It wakes me up and rehydrates me. I love all of the flavors but Pina Colada in the summer is my favorite.

    Great alternative

    I am a runner and need electrolytes on longer runs. Other brands I have tried are too sweet or have an odd flavor. These are light and tropical. It’s perfect for what I need, but I can see them being nice after any exertion.

    Great add-in for Tea, too

    I'm in my 70s and have an issue with nighttime leg cramps. Using a packet of IQ mix in a 20-ouce mug of ice water twice a day minimizes the problem. I also add a small amount of extra salt to each mug for added help with the cramping. I have discerning taste buds. They don't like anything that tastes artificial. The IQ flavors are quite enjoyable, with no artificial taste.

    The Pina Colada flavor is no exception, but it is also a nice addition to the hibiscus tea that I make for my 102 year-old mom. I brew 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers, 1 sliced lemon, and a handful of crushed dried peppermint leaves in the teapot while simmering finely chopped ginger root on the stove. Mix the two together when they're done and add a packet of Pina Colada IQ Mix and some honey to sweeten it. She absolutely loves it.

    My VERY favorite

    Of all the flavors, Pina Colada is definitely my first choice. I try to have two packets a day, and sometimes I mix PC with the Blueberry Pomegranate or Raspberry Lemonade for a twist. I like them each individually too.
