Blueberry Pomegranate (20 Sticks)

I do wine tastings. Some days I do 6 in a row each taking about 50 minutes. There are no breaks. I will do a packet in my H2o, and I notice that my recall concerning the topics at hand to be clearer and more concise. It seems to me that there is a better flow of the information that I am conveying. I do one packet towards the beginning of my shift and one towards the end of my shift. I am not amped up, but my brain seems more engaged. I will be 70 years old in April. This is a great product. I have tried most of the flavors, and they are all good. Try their bars. Equally as good. I feel more confident when I use the IQ products. I am caffeine free, so I have not tried their caffeinated products.
